This is a sample Health lesson for a Middle School class. Within this lesson NETS*T 4C can be applied because students "use
technology resources for learning, communication, and productivity". In it, the students are required to collect nutrition
data from a fast food restaurant's website. The students assemble the data onto a spreadsheet, create a graph with it, and
demonstrate an understanding of healthy food choices. Accomplishments for each facet of the lesson can then be evaluated
by the teacher.
